Raoh is a lightning manifestation that follows around Zappa. He is the second most powerful spirit possessing Zappa, the most powerful being S-Ko, only manifesting when his icons have reached maximum. He mainly attacks by punching and uppercutting due to the lack of a lower body. Despite his fearsome appearence and brutal fighting style, he seems to be quite caring towards Zappa, as shown when he attempted to comfort him in one of his endings. He is well known for being banned in tournaments.
