Baldhead's stage is an unnamed location in the Guilty Gear series, and the setting for battles against Dr. Baldhead in the original Guilty Gear.
Design[]
The Stage is seemingly inside a tower, with a noticeable oriental design. The battle takes place at a balcony, with two lioness statues and pillars holding the ceiling. Hanzi can be found written on the pillars, with a grafitti of Dr. Baldhead bellow the right one.
At the center of the arena, raised up from the central hole in the floor, is a large pillar with three lion statues; the leftmost has a mohawk and round glasses, and its ears are plugged. The middle one has a traditional mane and its eyes plugged. The rightmost one has flowing straight hair, and its mouth is plugged. All three have a gem on their forehead.
Allusions[]
- The three lions are an allusion to the three wise monkeys proverb.
- The Hanzi in the pillar refer to the Samsara (輪廻)?), the Buddhist cycle of death and rebirth.
